**Industry**: Export / Import / Freight Forwarding

Looking for a results-driven **Air Freight Sales Manager** to join our team and drive air freight business growth across key metro cities. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining key relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy in international air freight.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales efforts and achieve assigned targets
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare budgets and implement sales strategies
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Prior experience dealing with international markets
- In-depth knowledge of **air freight operations & customs regulations**:

- Familiarity with **CRM tools and sales tracking software**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Background in **Freight Forwarding or E-Commerce industry only**
