**8+ years of Proven work experience in Air ticking and similar role, in the in OTA industry in Indian Market.**:

- Bachelor degree, majoring in tourism and hotel
- Well Knowledgeable Of Air Ticketing And GDS System
- Handled GDA System - Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus
- Knowledge of the India Market or business
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
- Based on clients requirement providing best rates of flights, with Available routes to the destination.
- Should be able to handle Group Bookings, Cancellation, Issue of Group FIT tickets and amendments.
- Fare Coating to corporate Clients, Refund process. Understanding of domestic ticketing will be an added advantage
- Sending daily reports to management regarding tickets issued
- Ticketing Portal Experience like Amadeus, Galileo & Lead the Entire Ticketing team. Source & issue tickets, hotels world wide, offer best deals and value add to the clients
- Speaking to Different Airlines and Sign Deals. Need To handle Both Domestic And International
- Ticketing Operations:Oversee the entire air ticketing process, from reservation to issuance
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of flight bookings and ticket issuance
- Fare Management:Monitor and manage fare structures, discounts, and promotions
- Negotiate with airlines to secure favorable terms and rate.
- Compliance:Stay updated on airline policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ticketing
- Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to ticketing.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Technology and Systems:Utilize ticketing systems and software to streamline processes
- Stay informed about advancements in ticketing technology and implement improvements
- Reporting:Generate reports on ticket sales, revenue, and performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
