**Job Title: Customer Service Exports(Logistics)**

**Location**: Thane, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 25,000- 40,000 INR

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Logistic Department experience is required.**

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Export Documentation**: Prepare and review export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs paperwork, certificates of origin) to ensure compliance and accuracy.

**Customer Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for export clients, providing updates on shipment status, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.

**Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) and external partners (shipping lines, customs agents) to ensure timely processing of export shipments.

**Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments, including delays, documentation errors, and customs clearance challenges.

**Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor shipment progress and proactively inform customers of any changes or delays. Provide regular status updates and reports.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient handling of all export-related activities, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in export logistics or supply chain.

Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with logistics software or CRM systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
