**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage all export-related documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and Bill of Lading (BL).
- Handle customs filing and documentation through **ICEGate** and ensure timely submission of Shipping Bills, S/Bills of Entry, and other customs documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), and shipping lines to coordinate shipment booking, container stuffing, and document issuance.
- Ensure compliance with **DGFT**, **CBIC**, **FIEO**, and **other statutory bodies** related to export procedures.
- Monitor documentation timelines to meet shipping schedules and avoid demurrage or delays.
- Reconcile and maintain export documentation records for audits and government verifications.
- Coordinate with the accounts and logistics team for payment realization and logistics tracking.
- Stay updated with amendments in **export laws, ICEGate portal updates**, and **global trade regulations**.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce
- 2-5 years of proven experience in **export documentation and ICEGate filing**.
- Strong knowledge of Indian **customs and export laws**, DGFT regulations, and shipping practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and export portal systems (ICEGate, DGFT portal).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **Amazon FBA exports** or e-commerce exports (Optional).
- Experience in **HS code classification** and product compliance documentation.
- Ability to handle **multiple shipments** and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
