**Job Title**: Export Sales & Documentation Executive

**Location**: Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Experience Required**: 3-4 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end export documentation** including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.
- Coordinate with **CHA/forwarders/shipping lines** for smooth clearance and dispatch of export consignments.
- Maintain proper records of all export documents in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support export sales team by preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and customer communication.
- Share shipment schedules and dispatch updates with customers.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, accounts, stores) to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with export regulations and documentation accuracy.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
