Com or BE (Mechanical Engg. ) preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales/client servicing role, preferably in an export-import or international trading environment. Job Description: Interaction with existing customers will include Respond to existing customer's quote request, any other query which may be update of delivery of their order, in transit shipment, making payment request etc. Monitor customer buying patterns and ensure repeat orders through data-backed follow-ups. Share shipping updates and ensure timely payment realization. Resolve quality concerns, if any by interacting with procurement team Analyse sales records of customer to maintain and improve sales level Use available sales statistics and reports to proactively engage customers and retain/increase their order volume and value. Prepare timely reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback for management review. Manage the entire order lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery.
