**About M K Exports**

M K Exports, a leading exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables since 2004, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic export team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for international trade to contribute to the success of a well-established company. As a Junior Executive - Exports, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our export operations, including documentation, logistics, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation**: Prepare and process essential export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Monitor shipments from origin to destination, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and suppliers through excellent communication and customer service.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions in company databases and prepare reports as needed.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant import/export regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in international trade or logistics preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in exports are encouraged to apply.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new things and adapt to changing requirements.
