Proactively identify and target new international clients and markets.
- Generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s export sales.
- Focus on acquiring orders and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Actively seek out export orders by engaging with overseas customers, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Develop strategies to approach potential clients and increase sales volume.
- Research and identify untapped global markets with high potential for company products.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers to secure repeat business.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to close sales with international clients.
- Finalize export contracts and agreements while ensuring profitable margins for the company.
- Ensure timely processing of export documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of orders and adherence to export regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align export sales efforts.
- Share market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Resolve any post-sale issues related to shipment, delivery, or product quality.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the export market.
- Adjust sales strategies based on insights gained from the market and competitors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
