**Position Title: Export Executive**
**Location: Kalwa**
**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Export Documentation**: Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
**- Logistics coordination**: Oversee pre
- and post-logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
**- BRC Lodgement**: Handle Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) lodgements, ensuring all necessary export data is accurately submitted and tracked.
**- Customer Coordination**:Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**- Payment Follow-up**: Manage and follow up on payment schedules with customers to ensure timely receipts and address any payment discrepancies.
**- Bank Lodgement**: Coordinate with banks for lodgement of export documents and payments, maintaining a clear record of all transactions.
**- Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and generate regular reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export operations, including documentation, logistics, and payment processes.
- Strong understanding of export compliance, BRC lodgement, and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with export management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with international clients and internal teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
