**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Executive to manage and execute export documentation and logistics.

documentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk cargo shipments (LCL/FCL) for export operations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for smooth documentation and logistics flow.
- Manage end-to-end communication related to export shipments.
- Execute all pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities including BRC, AdvanceLicense, LC, and Insurance.
- Ensure timely coordination with logistics, stores, and sales teams for shipment planning and execution.
- Maintain proper tracking and documentation of all export shipments.
- Record and manage government export incentives such as Duty Drawback and RoDTEP.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle compliance processes
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
