Export Assistant

A leading Chemical company located in Thane is looking for Export Assistant on permanent basis
Job Profile:
Handle the all export documents related shipping and logistics, place the booking with line, update the SI, update the BL draft, and coordinate with customer Ensure timely processing of export shipments,
Payment follow-up with the consignee. Communicate with international/national customers, including freight Forwarders, CHA, vendors.
Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders and CHA. Maintaining export documents files.
Preparing checklist. Filing shipping bill. Arranging Air Waybill or Bill of lading & LC draft checking and preparing shipment documents as per the LC. Arranging transportation for shipment.
Coordinate with Airline and shipping line. Coordinate with the team for entire shipments
Educational Qualification : 3 years in Export Documentation and Logistics for any Manufacturing or Trading company
Salary : As per the industry standard
Holiday : Sunday
