Handle end-to-end import and export documentation (pre-shipment and post-shipment).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and customs authorities.
- Ensure timely clearance of consignments and proper follow-up on shipments.
- Maintain records of all import/export transactions and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and buyers for documentation and shipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in managing Letters of Credit (LC), Bank documents, and other payment processes.
- Keep track of duty drawback claims, licensing, and DGFT-related activities.
