**JobTitle**: Admin (Female) - Real Estate

**Location**: The Real Estate Hub, G-12, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat-395002. **Reports to**:CEO

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in the real estate industry (preferred).

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant administrative experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be from Surat.

**Job Type**:
Full-Time: (9:30 am -6:00 pm)

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
