**Job Title**: Growth Associate

**Work Mode**: Bangalore - Onsite

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 3-4 years

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, performance advertising, or pre-sales roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in writing copy and engaging potential clients.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic landing page optimisation.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and tools like Excel/Google Sheetsfor reporting and segmentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Marketing-**
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to optimise creatives, ad copy, and landing pages for better conversion performance.
- Generate regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights to improve future campaigns and communicate success to stakeholders.

**Pre-Sales & CRM Support-**
- Manage and segment leads using CRM tools to support lead nurturing and improve sales efficiency.
- Draft and send professional, persuasive, and timely follow-up communications to potential clients and partners.
- Assist the business development team with proposal creation, pitch decks, and other sales collateral.
- Coordinate the smooth transition of qualified leads from marketing to sales, ensuring context and continuity.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience working in fast-paced startup environments or digital marketing agencies.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and performance improvement.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
