Job Title: Community Growth & Operations Executive/Associate

**About the Role-**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Growth & Operations Executive/Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community building, youth engagement, and operations. You will play a key part in selecting members, driving community growth, managing events and operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Select and onboard members and volunteers to strengthen and grow the community.**:

- Make new engagement plans and implement them to boost community participation.
- **Market and promote the community to increase engagement and visibility.**:

- Manage community operations and track event performance through defined metrics.
- **Support with selection processes for members, volunteers, and partners.**:

- Collect, organise, and analyse data to generate insights and guide decision making.

What We’re Looking For
- **Experience in community management, youth engagement, event planning, or related fields (preferred).**:

- Previous experience in pilot projects related to people management is a plus.
- **Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.**:

- Proven ability in event planning, coordination, and vendor management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the drive to take initiative.
- A go-getter, team player, and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
