Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth Associate for an on-site position located in Patel Nagar. The Growth Associate will be responsible for business development initiatives, creating strategic partnerships, and collaborating with educational institutions to drive growth and implement innovative solutions. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and developing new business opportunities aligned with Quantel's mission to enhance the education sector. The candidate will also contribute to building relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management
  • Experience in marketing, branding, and organizing promotional or networking events
  • Strong skills in data analysis and market research
  • Knowledge and exposure to educational venture building, CSR initiatives, and AI or technology integration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on projects
  • Educational background in business, marketing, education management, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher preferred)
