About the Role:

At 11:11 Social, we're on the lookout for a Business Growth Associate who lives and breathes influencer sales and brand storytelling. This is not your regular 9-to-5 sales gig—we're talking about building real, scalable partnerships with some of the most exciting brands out there. If you're someone who can pitch like a pro, convert leads with flair, and maintain relationships that don't just last but grow—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Pitching & Business Building

  • Craft tailored partnership pitches that hit the sweet spot.
  • Tap into your network and convert warm leads into exciting brand collaborations.
  • Onboard new clients smoothly into the 11:11 Social ecosystem with clarity and confidence.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own your targets and smash them—monthly, quarterly, annually.
  • Bring in new business by leveraging your existing brand/influencer network.
  • Push for consistent growth through strategic partnerships that deliver.

Relationship Management

  • Be the face and voice of 11:11 Social for our brand clients.
  • Build relationships that go beyond one-time campaigns.
  • Keep communication flowing, clear, and always value-driven.

Influencer Marketing Insight

  • Advise brands on smart influencer campaign strategies backed by data and trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier execution and results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve and translate trends into actionable brand ideas.

Deal-Making & Contracts

  • Lead partnership negotiations with a win-win mindset.
  • Set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines.
  • Handle contracts and ensure every clause is brand-safe and creator-friendly.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign metrics and draw insights.
  • Keep brands informed and inspired with crisp performance updates.
  • Use numbers to sharpen pitches and improve future campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Keep a close eye on what's happening in the influencer and digital marketing space.
  • Bring back learnings to strengthen 11:11 Social's positioning and offerings.

What You Bring to the Table:

1-2 years in brand partnerships, influencer marketing sales, or business development

Proven revenue results and brand relationship management

A strong network of marketing/brand contacts

Solid grip on influencer culture and digital-first marketing

Excellent pitching, negotiation, and communication skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
