**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and ambitious **Growth Associate** to join our team. This role blends **sales, business development, and go-to-market (GTM)** strategies, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute directly to revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies to expand market presence.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting and sales pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve growth targets.
- Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in **sales, business development and GTM strategy**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM - 4 AM).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus (but not mandatory).
