**Growth Associate**

We are seeking a highly dynamic and creative Growth Associate to take ownership of sales and marketing tasks end-to-end for our cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS video analytics products.

**About Enview**: Enview is a video surveillance and analytics startup based in Bengaluru. Our team comprises visionaries with experience from leading companies like Twilio, Nutanix, Amazon, Cisco, and Forethought.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives.
- Devise creative strategies to market our video analytics platform.
- Identify lead generation opportunities across diverse channels.
- Manage content distribution across channels effectively.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to highlight how Enview’s solutions can add value.
- Assist the growth team with daily tasks such as market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
- Energetic and creative problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Experience with performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, MailChimp) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Ideogram.ai) is advantageous.
- Willingness to master Enview's products and deliver concise elevator pitches and detailed presentations.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
