**Role Overview** We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our growth team as Growth Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to Flutch’s services and scheduling meetings for our sales team. No prior experience is required — we provide complete training and mentorship to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database.
- Introduce Flutch Technology’s services in a clear and engaging way.
- Qualify leads based on simple pre-defined criteria.
- Schedule meetings for the Growth team.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fresh graduates (any stream) or final-year students.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in talking to people over the phone.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Basic idea on Meta, Google ads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
