**About The Team
Excited about driving 10X to 100X growth? If yes, then you could be the next Senior Growth Associate of our team. We are the Acquisition & Activation team of Meesho’s Growth unit. We strive to attract and retain new users to Meesho. We pay special attention to our downloads and activations (placing 1st order) on Meesho, because these indicate the success of our solutions. Did you know Meesho was the 8th most downloaded app globally in Oct 2021? As a team, we claim the bragging rights for that. We also have a key role in maintaining Meesho’s high position on the Google India Play Store. We are a group of specialists and generalists who work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Tech teams. Our shared objective is to drive structured growth for Meesho through paid and organic channels. We also focus on converting users through on-app and off-app measures. And even though most of us started working together in a remote setup, we share a tight bond, have each others’ back and party hard whenever we meet :).

**About The Role
As Growth Associate, you’ll work on strategic initiatives to drive new user growth. This will involve a visioning exercise for user growth leveraging outside-in and inside-out insights. You’ll help the team identify new 10x growth opportunities as well as structurally reduce CAC.- What You Will Do
- Drive exponential user growth for Meesho
- Drive new user acquisition for Meesho by efficiently executing and scaling up Performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital media platforms.
- Carefully track the performance of campaigns and continually optimize them by taking various data cuts and doing in-depth solutioning.
- Keep experimenting with various constructs, campaign types, ad platforms, etc., and generate actionable insights
- Work with channel managers while liaising across functions - Creative, Product, Analytics, and Tech- What Will You Need:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
- 1-2 years of experience in Growth, Performance marketing experience with a high-growth startup.
- Structured problem-solving.
- Data-driven with good Excel skills.
- Exposure to FB Installs and UAC/App marketing campaigns will be a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (within the company)
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and solving challenging problems
