  • Define and track key growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Lead experiments to test and validate growth hypotheses and new initiatives.
  • Build and manage the growth team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing and acquisition spends.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and digital strategy.
  • Represent the organization in external partnerships, industry forums, and strategic discussions.
