Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director (B2C) at Simplilearn, located in Bangalore Urban. The Associate Director will oversee daily operations involving business-to-consumer processes, manage a team to ensure peak performance, and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, analyzing market trends, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly during the night shift.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) operations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage on-site responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in digital skills training or education industry is advantageous
