Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department/manager.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved.
- Assist in customer onboarding and guiding them through processes when required.
- Contribute to process improvement by suggesting solutions based on customer feedback.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
