**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about our decoration services and packages.
- Assist customers in booking services and resolving their queries.
- **Operations Management**:

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and execution of services.
- Monitor daily schedules and update task statuses.
- Handle last-minute changes and ensure smooth workflow.
- **Sales Support**:

- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into bookings.
- Suggest suitable services/packages to customers based on their requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the decoration and logistics teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address any operational issues promptly and escalate them when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in sales, operations, or customer service is a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
