How we understand skin and the science behind it drives everything we do.

This part-time hybrid gig as a Customer Success Intern at Aminu Skincare in Mumbai is all about connecting with clients and learning the ins and outs of skincare. You'll chat with both new and existing clients, dive into the world of skin science, and figure out what our customers are looking for. Plus, you'll get to help them understand their skin needs and concerns while they shop.

You will work very closely with the Marketing Team at Aminu alongside the Co-founder.

Knowledge or Experience in:

- Self-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities
- Is a problem solver & adaptable to the idea of a start-up environment
- Passionate about learning and is looking to experience the office environment alongside college

**Experience Duration**:We are looking for college go-ers or freshers who are willing to learn and grow with us.
- Communicate every day with customers who reach out to AMINU
- Learn and stay curious about skin as an organ and how products at AMINU
- Help different teams in marketing with insights from interaction with customers unlearn and relearn along the journey of building AMINU
- We work Monday to Saturday (a 6-day week helps us keep up with our fast-growing pace).
- Our office timings are 10 AM to 7 PM but you will be working remotely for 4 hour slot everyday - the time slots of which can be decided.
- You will be required to come to office twice a week for our brainstorming sessions.

There is a fixed stipend for this role which is INR 7000 per month

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
