What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and provide friendly, solution-driven support.
  • Assist in handling queries via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Learn how to track, log, and resolve customer issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with different teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth resolutions.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Contribute to building a "customer-first" culture within the team.
  • Go the extra mile to create customer delight moments .

What We're Looking For:

  • A student or fresher with a passion for people and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a team-player mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
