About the Role:
We are seeking a
Customer Success Executive
to build strong client relationships and ensure customers gain maximum value from our solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
· Understand client goals and align them with our solutions.
· Monitor usage, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
· Share feedback with internal teams and prepare performance reports.
· Support upselling and renewal initiatives.
Qualifications:
· 1–2 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
· Tech-savvy and client-focused.
