We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Intern (Medical) to join our team. The Customers Success Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our medical customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
- Assist in building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Support the team in conducting regular check-ins with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with patients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management team on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate closely with management to assist with onboarding new and improving existing 3P marketplace listings
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A degree in a health-care-related field, Healthcare Management, Medical Science or similar discipline would be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
