**Job Opening: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares Ltd (ERP Software)**

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai

**Role Overview**

Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our ERP software.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- **

**Client Support**: Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.

**Software Training**: Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software.

**Collaboration & Learning**: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software features—there's always something new to learn

**Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus.

**Education**

Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome)

12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Software Products) can also apply.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
