**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance & Support**:

- Address customer concerns, complaints, or feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- **Problem Solving & Issue Resolution**:

- Identify the root cause of customer issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (sales, technical, billing, etc.) to address customer concerns and ensure a smooth resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience, especially during challenging situations.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with product features, services, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on how to use products/services effectively, including troubleshooting basic issues.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services or products when appropriate, based on customer needs.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Retention**:

- Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries and complaints are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.
- Work with the management team to improve customer support processes and overall customer experience.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update and maintain customer support databases with accurate and timely information.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team about recurring issues, customer preferences, or improvements in the service process.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement in customer support services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
