Customer Support Executive

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 0 - 4 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive to help our clients use Medica Software. You will assist users with basic software, accounting, and GST-related queries and provide software training when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and resolve software-related queries
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the Medica Software
  • Support clients with basic accounting and GST questions
  • Use remote tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer to assist users
  • Work with the technical team when needed for advanced issues

Requirements:

  • Commerce graduate preferred (Freshers welcome)
  • 12th pass with experience in customer support can also apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Full-time, on-site (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)
