**Job Title: Customer Support Representative**

**Experience**: 1.5 - 3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver live product demos and walkthroughs for prospective and existing customers.
- Provide technical and functional support to users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Guide customers through product onboarding, setup, and training.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce repetitive issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.

**Requirements**:

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven experience conducting Saas based product demos and training sessions.
- Excellent command of English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in SaaS or tech-based product environments.
- Familiarity with customer success tools or platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
