**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Associate** who will be the friendly voice of our brand. You will assist customers, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about **products, services, policies, and procedures**.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent; **associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus**.
- Prior experience in **customer service or support** is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent **communication skills** (verbal and written).
- Strong **problem-solving and decision-making skills**.
- **Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused** attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Familiarity with **customer support software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools** is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a **team**.
- Flexible to work in **shifts** or adapt to changing schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
