**Work Profile **: Customer Support Associate / Executive. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through telephone for support / sales related queries, billing / invoicing / renewals related assistance to customers etc.

**Training **: Training of technical knowledge required to support customers for the services shall be provided, however basic knowledge as mentioned above is a must.

**Office Timing **: 09:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday), Sunday Weekly Off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
