**Job Description: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares**
**Role Overview**:
We need a friendly and patient Customer Support Executive to help our customers understand our ERP software, especially in areas like accounts and GST.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Training: Guide customers on using our software, focusing on accounts and GST.
- Phone Support: Handle calls, listen carefully, and provide clear, helpful responses.
- Problem Solving: Find information, use internal resources, or escalate issues to resolve customer queries.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

**Experience**: Upto 3 years (Freshers having good knowledge of Accounting and GST are also accepted)

**Education**: Commerce Graduate (e.g., BCom, BAF, BMS)
