**About the Role**:
Thomas Cook India Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the travel industry, is urgently looking for passionate and customer-oriented **Customer Support Executives** to join our dynamic Call Centre team. If you have prior experience in BPO/sales calling and a flair for customer interaction, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings, queries, and support
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, services, and products
- Upsell relevant services based on customer needs
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses
- Adhere to call scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards
- Update customer records and log call details in CRM tools
- Minimum **6 months** of experience in **BPO calling** or **sales**:

- Fluent communication skills in **English** (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in a **call centre** or **customer-facing role**:

- Knowledge or interest in the **travel domain** will be an advantage
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule

**Work Details**:

- **Work Timings**: 10 AM to 7 PM **or** 11 AM to 8 PM (Shift as per roster)
- **Week Off**: One **rotational week off**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, On-site
- **CTC**: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
