**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible **Customer Support Executive** to help our clients use **Medica Software**. You will assist users with basic software, accounting, and GST-related queries and provide software training when needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer calls and resolve software-related queries
- Provide training to clients on how to use the Medica Software
- Support clients with basic accounting and GST questions
- Use remote tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer to assist users
- Work with the technical team when needed for advanced issues
**Requirements**:
- Commerce graduate preferred (Freshers welcome)
- 12th pass with experience in customer support can also apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Full-time, on-site (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)
