**Job Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the **Industry.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Must have International IT sales basic knowledge.**

**- **Research prospects through various resources and social media platforms.
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regular reports to senior management.

**- Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT industry and the **ability to communicate technical requirements.**
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- **Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
