Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions
- Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Ascertain and resolve customer concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely,
- courteous and informed manner.
- Maintain quality database entry practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 6 months experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi is must.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Work from Office and immediate joining is preferred.
