- Deliver Support to customer over Phone or through Web Based Tools
- Work with development and other **support** specialist and engineers to provide successful resolution to **customer **complaints / queries
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer
**Requirements**:
- Technical exposure would be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
