Customer Success Executive

Position Overview:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing role.Basic knowledge of AWS concepts, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
