**Job Overview**
GWS Teleservices is hiring a **female Customer Success Executive** to manage relationships with both existing and new customers. The role involves handling customer queries, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Existing Customer Handling**: Assist and support current customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- **New Customer Handling**: Engage with potential customers, explain services, and onboard them effectively.
- **Business Expansion**: Identify opportunities to increase the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work towards achieving sales and service targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in **advisory, loan recovery, or credit card sales** is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
