Customer Success Executive

**About Us**:
SSB Enterprise is a leading e-commerce company selling premium wellness, grooming, and personal care products under brands like **Houzaide: World of Wellness & Care, Pearl Shaving, and EMBROS**. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a **Customer Care Executive** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Handle Customer Inquiries**: Attend customer calls and respond to queries related to products, warranty, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
- **Warranty Registration & Claims**: Register customer warranties, process claims, and ensure smooth resolution.
- **Issue Resolution**: Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, finance, and support staff) to manage refunds, replacements, and product concerns.
- **Troubleshooting Assistance**: Guide customers through product troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication skill is a must.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but training will be provided.
