**Role Overview: Customer Success Executive**

We are looking for a confident and mature **Customer Success Executive (Day Shift)** with a minimum of **1 year of experience** in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication.

You will manage **inbound leads**, understand their needs in detail, and coordinate meetings with the internal team when there is a strong fit.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Handle **inbound calls** and inquiries during the day shift

- Conduct detailed requirement discussions with prospects

- Qualify and assess the lead based on need, budget, and timeline

- Present EngineerBabu’s capabilities and success stories clearly

- Schedule meetings with the Sales/BA team for qualified leads

- Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth lead handover

- Act as the first-level guide to help prospects navigate our services

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year** experience in Customer Success / Inside Sales / Client Coordination

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Ability to understand IT services like App/Web development, AI, APIs, etc.

- Good knowledge of customer handling and call etiquettes

- Ability to quickly build trust and comfort on calls

- Familiarity with CRM tools
