**What we’re looking for**
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success professional to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and business goals to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive product adoption by guiding clients on features, benefits, and best practices.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Proactively monitor client health, address risks, and minimize churn.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries, escalations, and support.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
- Conduct client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen partnerships.
- Track and report on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention; MBA preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and client reporting.
