**Salary**: ₹30,000 In-Hand
**Work Days**: 5 Days Working (Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)
**Experience**: Fresher & Experienced (both can apply)
**Qualification**: Undergraduate / Graduate
**Language Requirement**: Absolute fluency in English (written and spoken)

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Success Executive. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries efficiently with excellent communication.
- Onboard and support new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Conduct product training sessions and customer education as needed.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Absolute fluency in English is mandatory (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
