**Job Description**:

- Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.

**Requirements and skills**
- Any Graduate /Undergraduate with more than six months of International Chat/ Voice experience would be considered.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills in English is required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any fresher carry good communication skills will be eligible to apply.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
