About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic
Customer Success Intern
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting clients and recruiter partners, ensuring they have a smooth experience using our platform. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to
client servicing, relationship management, and platform support
within the recruitment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and recruiter partners.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through platform features.
  • Respond to queries via email, phone, or chat with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support the Customer Success team in tracking client activity and engagement.
  • Prepare reports on client feedback, common issues, and suggested improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Business Development teams to resolve client concerns.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training material.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Final-year student in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support platforms (preferred but not required).
  • Enthusiasm to learn about Customer Success and client relationship management.
