**Job Summary**

Drive growth, expand global client base, and build strong relationships with international clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and execute business growth strategies for international markets

2. Manage and train sales teams to effectively engage with global clients

3. Build relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

6. Manage budgets and forecast finances for international business development

7. Analyse performance metrics and optimize strategies to drive growth

**Qualifications and Skills**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing

2. Proven experience in international business development

3. Strong leadership and communication skills

4. Market analysis and strategic thinking expertise

5. CRM software proficiency

6. Data analysis and performance optimization skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
